Come Home to Your Body
Somatic Recovery is more than a treatment. It is an invitation—to breathe more deeply, to release what you have carried for too long, and to rediscover who you truly are.
What to Expect
Your nervous system knows the way back to calm
Many of us carry stress, trauma, and tension deep in our tissues—often without realizing it. The body remembers everything. It is simply waiting to be heard.
In our Somatic Recovery sessions, we combine targeted bodywork, breathing techniques, and yoga therapy into a holistic experience that works directly with the nervous system.
The result: less pain. greater clarity. a deep sense of coming home—to yourself.
"The body does not lie. What the mind suppresses, the tissues carry—until someone listens."
The Sessions
Each session is tailored individually. No two people are the same—no two sessions are either.
01 — Nervous System Reset · Single Session · 90 Minutes
A complete session combining breathwork, somatic exercises and massage. For those ready to release deeply and meet themselves anew.
02 — Body Guidance · Package · 6 × 90 Minutes
A six-week support program with weekly sessions. Lasting change requires repetition. The nervous system learns through continuity.
The Method
What does somatic mean?
Soma = body. Somatic means: starting from the body. Not treating symptoms, but reaching the root in the nervous system.
Trauma in the tissues. Unprocessed stress is stored as tension, pain, and protective patterns—often for years. Somatic work gently releases these patterns.
Body before mind. Talking alone is often not enough. The body needs direct engagement—through touch, movement, and breath.
Regulation instead of control. The goal is not perfection, but the ability to regulate yourself, anytime and anywhere.
How a Session Works
01 · Arrival
We begin with a dialogue. What are you carrying today? Where do you feel yourself? No diagnosis—just listening.
02 · Breathwork
Targeted breathing exercises activate the parasympathetic nervous system—the switch from stress to depth.
03 · Bodywork
Massage, somatic touch, and yoga therapy work together with what the body is showing.
04 · Integration
Silence. Reflection. What has been released? You do not leave as someone else—you leave more yourself.
Voices
"I functioned for years—but never really felt. After three sessions, I didn’t know if I was crying because I was sad, or because I was finally arriving. Both, I think."
— Miriam K., 38, Sweden
